#TravelTuesday on the Midday Show TV3 Florida

In case you missed #TravelTuesday on The Midday Show on TV3 today here is some advice that you might want to check out if you are travelling to the USA this summer.

1.Passport - keep it in one place on your person or part of your hand bag - get an appointment on www.dfa.ie if it's out of date.
2. e passports only are allowed into Usa since 1st April 2016

Esta visa waiver beforehand online   
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ very simple to do - only pay $14
4. Have to hand : Address zip code in USA for customs forms
5. Adaptors - these are flat pin and straight - bring plenty for the kids to recharge their phones and devices.
6. Don't pack too much - (roll clothes) leave room for shopping. Check out www.premiumoutlets.com 
7.Airport security won't allow bottles over 100ml through - small scissors and penknives will be confiscated.
8. Duty free may be taken off you if you have connecting flights and it isn't in a see through bag with red seal and receipt attached.

9. If you are under 12 you won't have to take your shoes off going through security!
